These sets are Comiket91 event exclusive and each comes with a special Dot Bit design can badge! Comiket runs from December 29th to December 31st, 2016. It is not stated if they will be available for general release or Bandai Fashion webshop exclusive release at a later date, only that the set with the badge is exclusive to Comiket91.
