Tri's Offical twitter has updated the clear scan of the movie.
Tri's 2nd chapter, with title: "Ketsui/Determination" will be in theater March 12th, 2016.
Same as the first chapter, theater limited ver. of Bluray will be available to purchase in theater, as well as paid to watch in some websites.
